Mobile Message Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ManeSway LLC ("ManeSway," "we," "us") collects and uses mobile phone numbers and how our SMS/text messaging program works. It supplements our general privacy policy.
The information we collect
When you opt in to our text messaging program, we collect the mobile phone number you provide, your consent record (date and method of opt-in), and message-related data such as delivery status. At checkout we also receive the phone number you give to our payment processor in order to send order and shipping updates.
How we use your mobile number
- Transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping notifications, and tracking links.
- Marketing messages (only if you opt in) — promotions, offers, cart reminders, and product news.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers (subcontractors such as our SMS platform and carrier) that operate our messaging program, solely to deliver the messages you requested. All other categories of data exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as events occur (for example, when you place or ship an order). If you opt in to marketing, you may receive up to approximately 4–8 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. ManeSway does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to opt out or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at our email.
Opting out of marketing texts will not stop transactional messages related to an active order unless you ask us to remove your number entirely.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
