By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms for the ManeSway LLC text messaging program.
Program description
This text-messaging program is for marketing messages — sales, new-product announcements, subscriber-only promo codes, and cart reminders — sent only to numbers that explicitly opt in on our website.
Separately, if you place an order you may also receive transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates) based on the phone number and consent you provide at checkout. That transactional consent is collected separately from this marketing program.
How to opt in
You opt in to marketing texts on our website (manesway.com) in the “Get exclusive offers by text” section by entering your mobile number and checking a consent box that is unchecked by default. The opt-in statement reads: “I agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (cart reminders, sales & promotional offers) from ManeSway at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”

Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Marketing subscribers may receive up to approximately 4–8 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. ManeSway does not charge for messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You'll get one confirmation, then no further messages.

Carriers & delivery
Supported carriers include major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.
Privacy
Your mobile number is handled per our SMS Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
